People may address the board on any subject; however, the Board members may respond only to questions regarding agenda items. Comments may be limited to three minutes.
VII. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board may convene in Executive Session pursuant to Board Policy BB 9321 and AS 44.62.310 to receive legal advice and provide direction to the School District Attorney regarding classified labor negotiations.
Draft Motion
I move that the Board enter Executive Session pursuant to Board Policy BB 9321 and AS 44.62.310(c)(4) for the purpose of receiving legal advice and providing direction to the School District Attorney regarding classified labor negotiations. No action will be taken in Executive Session.
