a.     Classified Staff FY 26 3% Salary Increase Retroactive to August 14, 2025

Proposed motion statement: “I move that the Board approve the FY26 three-percent salary increase for all classified staff, retroactive to August 14, 2025.”

b.     Special Education Intensive Aide Salary Bonus of $5,000.

Proposed motion statement: “I move that the Board approve a $5,000 salary bonus for the Special Education Intensive Aide position for FY26.”

c.     Superintendent Evaluation and Contract

Executive Session is allowed for subjects that tend to prejudice the reputation and character of any person, provided the person may request a public discussion specifically as it relates to the evaluation and contract of the Superintendent.

A motion must be made and approved in open session stating the purpose of the executive session per AS 44.62.310.

Proposed motion statement: “I move that the Board enter Executive Session to discuss matters that may tend to prejudice the reputation and character of a person, specifically the Superintendent’s evaluation and contract, as permitted under AS 44.62.310.”
